| Technical Assistant (Field) | i) candidates should possess 1st class Bachelors degree in Library science from a recognized institute (BLIS) OR Candidates should hold 1st class full time diploma degree (3yrs) in engineering or technology from a recognized institute. |
| Multi Tasking staff (MTS) | Matriculation from a recognized board. |
| Assistant Director | PG Degree in Hindi/ English with English/ Hindi as one of compulsory subjects from a recognized institute. |
| Assistant Gr III | Intermediate (10+2) or its equivalent qualification from a recognized board. candidates have minimum typing speed of 35 W.P.M in English and 30 W.P.M in Hindi on computer. |
| Technician | candidates pass matric exam with minimum of 50% marks from a central or state govt recognized board or should have ITI Pass certificate in relevant trade from a NCVT/ SCVT Recognized institute. or 12th science stream from a recognized institute with minimum of 60% marks. |
| Senior Technical Officer | i) candidates should possess 1st class Bachelors degree in Library science from a recognized institute (BLIS) with 11 years of experience in relevant field. or Candidates should hold 1st class full time diploma degree (3yrs) in engineering or technology from a recognized institute. or M.SC Degree or its equivalent qualification from a recognized institute with minimum of 55% marks and at least 9 years of experience in relevant field. |
